Deposit & Cancellation Policy 
A 30% deposit is required to reserve all appointments, whether booked online, in person or if I book for you. This is due at time of booking. This deposit is applied to your service total at checkout and will move with your appointment if you need to reschedule. Technically, deposits are non-refundable—as stated in the default appointment confirmations you’ll receive from GlossGenius—but I handle exceptions personally and with grace. If you need to cancel with at least 24 hours notice and cannot reschedule within 30 days, just reach out directly and I’ll refund the deposit. While my official cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance, I understand that life doesn’t always play by the rules—weather, illness, or last-minute emergencies happen. I’ll do my best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible when these situations come up. The only time a cancellation fee will apply is in the rare event of a no-show with zero communication. If that occurs, 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file (minus any deposit already paid).
